My favourite cinema in the area. Incredibly comfortable seats and great screens and speakers. I watched Oppenheimer on this visit, and this cinema made it much more enjoyable thanks to the comfortable seats.
Food is good with lots of options including pizzaz and then standard snacks and a varied amount of drinks.
Would recommend to anyone.
An excellent cinema! The seats in the screen are comfortable and the screen/sound are top notch. The staff are friendly, the service is great and the food was lovely. It's awesome to see an independent cinema doing so well.
I was excited to see the new mission impossible film but wanted to see it in relaxed comfortable surroundings so thought I would try the Living Room Cinema. It was a lovely place, friendly helpful staff and comfortable seats. I know a cinema visit is social interaction but was surprised the single chap occupying the sofa on row F seats 7 and 8 decided it was acceptable to constantly play with his phone during the film. Perhaps the latest Mission Impossible film wasn't exciting enough for him? It certainly wasn't exciting sitting next to him.
Lovely little cinema with amazing friendly staff. Highly recommended if your in the area. Also a lovely place for just a coffee or cocktail. Thank you 😊😊😊😊 …
Love the living room, great choice of movies, super helpful team, drinks our pizza delivered whilst watching, what's not to like ? Even have the occasional themed quiz nights, bravo !
Just had a great lunchtime snack here, nice place friendly staff, I recommend it, I haven't tried the cinema yet, they have very up to date films!
Very personal service, relaxed atmosphere and comfy seats including sofas at the back and cushions and footstools at the front.
Simple meals, drinks and snacks available.
Easy to park nearby.
The only downside is the price, but there again not really comparable with Vue or Cineworld.
A nice cinema and cafe but feel I really have to highlight a major problem.
When the film started today a lot of the audience would leave in the first hour and order at the cafe only for the waitress to bring in their food a few minutes later.
This meant the door to the cinema ( right by the screen) would open frequently making noise which coupled with the noise of crockery and letting light in it just felt really disruptive to the film experience. Broke my immersion several times and I felt a bit perplexed and ripped off.
I appreciate they want to make money but at 16 pounds a ticket I don't think it's unreasonable to have minimal disruption during the film. Especially when you're told to turn / stay off your phone before a film to not ruin the experience - the whole practice felt a bit incongruous to that message!
I really hope they rethink this as otherwise its a great little cinema that did good coffee.
